Process Classification of PP Non-Woven Shopping Bags
According to different production processes, PP non-woven shopping bags can be classified into the following types:
Spunlace
This process involves spraying high-pressure micro water onto one or more layers of fiber nets, causing the fibers to become entangled with each other. This strengthens the fiber nets and gives them a certain level of strength.
Heat-Bonded Non-Woven Fabric Bags
This refers to the addition of fiber-shaped or powder-shaped hot-melt bonding materials to the fiber mesh. The mesh is then heated, melted, and cooled to form a solid fabric.
Pulp Airflow Non-Woven Fabric Bags
Also known as dust-free paper or dry papermaking non-woven fabric, this process uses airflow to loosen wood pulp into individual fibers. These fibers are then agglutinated on a mesh forming curtain using airflow, and the fiber net is reinforced to create fabric.
Wet Non-Woven Fabric Bags:
In this process, fiber materials are loosened in a water medium to form single fibers. Different fiber materials are mixed to create a fiber suspension slurry, which is delivered to the mesh forming mechanism. The fibers are then formed into a mesh in the wet state and reinforced into fabric.
Spunbond Non-Woven Fabric Bags
In this process, a polymer is extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments. These filaments are laid into a net, which is then made into non-woven fabric through self-adhesion, thermal bonding, chemical bonding, or mechanical reinforcement.
Melt-Blown Non-Woven Fabric Bags
The technological process involves polymer feeding, melt extrusion, fiber formation, fiber cooling, mesh formation, and reinforcement to form fabric.
Needling
This is a dry non-woven fabric process. It involves using needles to puncture and strengthen the fluffy fiber net into fabric.
Stitching
This is another dry non-woven fabric process. The stitching method uses warp knitting coils to reinforce the fiber net, yarn layer, non-woven materials (such as plastic sheets or thin metal foils), or combinations of these to create non-woven fabric.
Course Of Dealing
Quotation: Provide a detailed quotation based on customer requirements, including product quality, specifications, materials, packaging, transportation, and payment methods.
Receiving Orders and Deposits: Once the customer accepts the quotation, an official order is confirmed and a deposit is collected.
Production Order Placement: Communicate order details to the factory and arrange the production schedule.
Business Approval: Review order details, prepare relevant documents such as the export contract review form, and retain the customer’s order fax.
Issue Production Notice: After confirming the delivery deadline, notify the factory to commence production.
Production and Quality Inspection: After completing production, conduct a quality inspection and proceed with packaging.

Container Hauling: After inspection, engage a hauling company to transport the goods to the designated location.
Customs Declaration: Prepare and submit the necessary documents for customs clearance.
Confirm Transportation Conditions: Ensure that all transportation arrangements meet required conditions.
Prepare Additional Documents: Prepare documents such as the commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and shipping notice.
Presentation of Documents: Submit all required documents to the relevant financial institution or the customer.
