Course Of Dealing

Quotation: Provide a detailed quotation based on customer requirements (product quality, specifications, materials, packaging, transportation, and payment methods).

Receiving orders and deposits: After the customer accepts the quotation, an official order is formed and a certain deposit is collected.

Production order placement: Communicate the order details to the factory and arrange the production plan.

Business approval: Review order details, prepare relevant documents such as the export contract review form, and save the customer order fax.

Issue production notice: After determining the delivery deadline, notify the factory to commence production.

Produce bulk goods and conduct quality inspection and packaging: After the production order is fulfilled, conduct quality inspection, and then proceed with packaging of the goods.

Inspection: Arrange for inspection before delivery. If the inspection is specified by the customer, notify the inspection time and personnel in advance.

Prepare basic documents: Collect and prepare the documents required for export, such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, etc.
