1. If clients provide samples, our dedicated team will reproduce the given sample or modify it as per the client's specifications, thus creating a new sample for client approval.
2. Alternatively, clients can submit design drawings, upon which we will produce product renderings for client review, ensuring that the final samples align with their envisioned designs.
3. Lastly, clients may also share their thoughts or ideas, which we will then incorporate into product design drawings for client reference. Upon clients' approval of the designs, we will swiftly proceed with sample production.

A: It depends on the specific sample, if we directly reproduce the client's sample, there is usually no cost,to help the client design is charged, but if the client can place an order, we can refund the design fee. Either way, the courier fee for sending samples will be
paid by the client.

A: Our usual lead time is 20-35 days, some larger orders or fabrics need customized orders, and the lead-time takes about 55 days.

A: Nibgbo and Shanghai are the closest to us, of course, if clients need, we can also ship the freight to the other port.
